Braised Asparagus

Braised Asparagus

20 asparagus spears rough bottoms removed and trimmed
1/2 stick butter
salt and pepper

1. Heat pan over medium/high heat and melt butter
2. Add spears and salt and pepper
3. Cook until brown
4. turn and cook until brown
5. Serve
